Networking is always a super hot topic in almost any workplace. I can’t think of an industry where even a small amount of networking won’t help your career. However, just because you give someone your business card doesn’t mean you’re networking. Networking is a far deeper commitment than that, as Lynnelle Bianco explains in her article below.
