  Tip of the Day 12/19/06 - 6 Ways To Shrink Your Heating Bill

While the east coast has been going through an unusually warm winter, I just know that it won’t last forever. That’s why I was glad to find this article on 6 Ways To Shrink Your Heating Bill (thanks to LinkTipIdea for the tip). One thing I would add to this list is that contrary to popular belief, you can wear a long sleeved shirt or sweatshirt in your house. I’m not saying you have to freeze to save a few bucks, but if you can throw on a sweatshirt and be comfortable, go for it.

    I live in Boston and I want this heat wave to go on forever. Winter stinks.

    Lol, I hear ya. I used to live in Pittsburgh and it gets pretty frigid there. DC isn’t so bad, except that when we do get decent snowfall the entire city has no idea how to handle it.

    I will say though that I prefer a white christmas to this dry summer one. Call me sentimental =).
