  Tip of the Day 4/6/06 - Take a Stroll

It’s very easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the office. You’re working on one thing, suddenly it becomes two things, then before you know it you’re multitasking all over the place. This can get very stressful and take a toll on both your physical and mental well-being. To prevent this, I suggest taking a 5 minute break every once and awhile, just to clear your head. You’ll end up feeling 10 times better than you did before, I promise. Even a walk to the water cooler is a good way to center yourself before you dive back into the deep end of the work pool.
